Job Title - Assistant Manager – Administration
Educational Qualification :
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience :
4 - 5 Years
Primary Responsibilities
Performing all General administration work
Responsible for office maintenance
Procurement of Office materials (Bulk purchasing of Assets)
Should be able to manage a team of office boys and ground staff
Result oriented and should work on the deadlines
Should have knowledge into legal aspects (Shops and Establishment, etc.)
Should know the insights of the business requirements by sitting with each and every department
Should have sound knowledge and hands – on experience into Travel booking
Should have negotiation skills
Should have managed and handled Vendors
Should have sound knowledge on the excel and should maintain the data in excel for future prospects

Should know how to negotiate
Should know to prioritize the task and work towards the deadline
