Job Title - Assistant Manager – Administration


Educational Qualification : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience                         : 4 - 5 Years

Primary Responsibilities

  •    Performing all General administration work
  •    Responsible for office maintenance
  •    Procurement of Office materials (Bulk purchasing of Assets)
  •    Should be able to manage a team of office boys and ground staff
  •    Result oriented and should work on the deadlines
  •    Should have knowledge into legal aspects (Shops and Establishment, etc.)
  •    Should know the insights of the business requirements by sitting with each and every department
  •    Should have sound knowledge and hands – on experience into Travel booking
  •    Should have negotiation skills
  •    Should have managed and handled Vendors
  •    Should have sound knowledge on the excel and should maintain the data in excel for future prospects
