Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
Supports CMD’s office in all tasks.
Responsible for overall business and resource management.
Motivate and effectively manage performance of teams to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan.
Providing high level strategic advice to Senior management on various business aspect.
AWorking with peers on successful execution of plan/strategy and device process on sustainability.
Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area.
Responsible as a team lead for delivery of overall operational metrics, targets and dashboards.
The continuous identification and implementation of best practice through interaction with the team.
Oversees employment and ensures there are enough staff (and the right people).
Responsible for day-to-day business activities.
Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives.Secondary Responsibilities
Interacting with teams for day-to-day work reporting and analysis.
Facilitating goal level creation for the border function and works with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workers.
Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place.
Ensures the correct practices are met.
