Job Description:
Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.
Deploying a wide variety of training methods.
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
Train and evaluate HO, Regional and ground/on-field resources; primary focus will be on "on-field" resources.
Build quarterly and annual training programs.
Help in recruitment and Operations function as per training requirements.
Travel to multiple locations PAN India as per training requirements.
Base Location - Mumbai, need to travel across east region for training.Skills:
6 years of experience as a training specialist or in a similar profile.
Good Knowledge of training and teaching methods.
Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Good language skills in Hindi plus other Indian languages in Odia,Assamease,Bengali etc. will be an added advantage.
