Job Description:
Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.- Deploying a wide variety of training methods.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
- Train and evaluate HO, Regional and ground/on-field resources; primary focus will be on "on-field" resources.
- Build quarterly and annual training programs.
- Help in recruitment and Operations function as per training requirements.
- Travel to multiple locations PAN India as per training requirements.
- Base Location - Mumbai, need to travel across east region for training.
Skills:
- 6 years of experience as a training specialist or in a similar profile.
- Good Knowledge of training and teaching methods.
- Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good language skills in Hindi plus other Indian languages in Odia,Assamease,Bengali etc. will be an added advantage.
