Ashish Gupta, a commerce graduate joined Axis as a Director at a young age of 26, holding an equity stake. He manages the pre-press operations of the printing plant and heads the staff and administrative work at the Head Office.
His methodical approach and the ability to handle crisis has earned him the respect of other directors, employees and clients alike. He also handles the responsibilities of co-ordination with important government departments and manages the work entrusted to him. His understanding of the decision-making procedures and handling of confidential processes has made him the second-in-command, both at the head office and the plant.
The comfort level he shares with the evolving pre-press technology, ability to foresee problem areas, understanding of business dynamics and maintaining relationship with business associates, speaks volumes about his performance and capability.
